Welcome to the Internet home of HACI Mechanical Contractors, Inc. HACI is one of the premier mechanical contracting firms in the Valley of the Sun, serving the state of Arizona from our Phoenix office. HACI was founded in 1972 as Home Air Conditioning, Inc, specializing in converting residential evaporative cooling to refrigerated air conditioning. In 1975, the company expanded into light commercial and retail HVAC, and by 1980 our focus had shifted entirely to commercial HVAC. In 1995 we added an HVAC piping department. Our annual volume of work has averaged over $35 million for the past 5 years. Today, HACI constructs a variety of jobs in both the public and private sectors, from shell buildings through tenant improvements. We have extensive experience in design-build and design-assist projects as well as plan-and-spec. We have an excellent working relationship with many of Arizona's largest General Contractors, as well as with several mechanical engineering/design firms in the area. In addition to our main Mechanical company, we have a subsidiary company which does retrofits, smaller construction projects, and service, and is available to service your equipment after warranty expiration. There is no need to run around town to track down original construction information as we have it here for use by our service department.
